Makeup Wishlist!

Hi loves! I’m have just moved to uni so I’m now on a pretty tight budget. As a result my makeup wishlist has been growing longer and longer…. These are some of the things I’ve been wishing for recently. The full list is a lot longer, but here are the top picks!

Elizabeth Arden Flawless Foundation – £29

I tried a sample of this foundation once and I absolutely fell in love! This gives pretty good coverage, at least medium and to buildable. Even though it has good coverage it also has the most gorgeous finish. I would call it demi-matte because I still found it controlled my oily patches, but it let through the flush of my cheeks and still looked like skin. I would always save this for special occasions because it looked so beautiful, but if I won the lottery this would definitely be one of the first things I’d buy.

Benefit Hula Light Bronzer – £24.50

Benefit’s Hula Bronzer is such a favourite with a lot of bloggers but it’s just too dark for my ghost skin. Thankfully, Benefit has the Hula Light for those like me who want to try out the popular product too! I’ve seen a lot of reviews that say this is fairly cool toned, so I think this would work well for me as I have pink undertones. I’m excited about this being something I could contour and bronze with, as there’s just not too many of those products around for my skin.

Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-hour Blush – £23

I love Tarte and if it wasn’t for the crazy international shipping and tax involved with buying overseas, I would probably own a lot more of their products. One of the things on the top of my wishlist to try from Tarte are their blushes. I’ve read so many amazing reviews of their Amazonian Clay Blush, saying they actually last for a full 12 hours! I also love that Tarte seems to have a nice shade selection, with a lot of more subtle shades.

Iconic London Illuminator Drops – £32.99

I love the look of liquid highlight because it’s so versatile! You can get a pretty subtle glow by just using a tiny bit, or get a really intense glow. Whatever you go for, it always looks wet rather than glittery or chunky. I’ve only recently been brave enough to try liquid highlight but I’m obsessed now! As soon as I saw Jordan Lipscombe wearing this highlight I’ve been desperate to try it. Original looks a little too golden for my skin, but Shine looks absolutely perfect.

Huda Beauty Desert Dusk Palette – £56

If there’s two things I love about eyeshadow it’s red, warm tones and intense shimmer, all of which the new Huda Beauty Palette has! Every time I look at this palette I imagine the stunning, sultry looks I could do with it. If you haven’t seen Rachel Leary’s video using this palette you need to, the look she does is amazing! Honestly, if it didn’t mean not eating for a week I 100% would blow £56 on this.

Smashbox Be Legendary Triple Tone Lipstick – £17.50

I saw a picture of this lipstick on Instagram and it looked so interesting! I love the look of lining your lips with a darker colour to make them look bigger, but this plays with this to create a bold, statement lip. I’m such a sucker for lipstick and will happily buy one with the excuse, ‘but I don’t have one like this!’ I think Nude Ombre would be great for a more subtle, everyday look but the fiery tones of the Red Ombre are really up my street.

So there is all the makeup products top of my wishlist! Are any of these on your wishlist? What else is on yours?

Thanks so much for reading, I love you all xxx

A couple of these are on my wishlist also! Especially that Huda palette! It’s one of the prettiest palettes I’ve ever laid eyes on! 😍

Also on my wishlist is the Hoola lite for winter time. I’m using the regular Hoola right now but I think it will be too dark when my slight tan fades lol. And I want to try the tarte blushes!
